• Developed the foundation of our compensation structure through the development of job specifications and analysis for 340 current positions.

• Develop and manage $637,000 (past 3 years to date) in Employed Worker Training (EWT) grants.

• Automated and manage our EEO program and Affirmative Action Plan development reducing preparation time from 2 months to 3 weeks. Report status quarterly to corporate.

• Developed job description, recruiting and evaluations program tying performance of company-department-employee to our compensation program and current ADA and FLSA government compliancy.

• Developed an ongoing, in-house CNC machinist training program, through grant funding, to overcome the continuing difficulties in technical recruiting.

• Conducted a recent corporate audit of our current pay practices updating our market based pay ranges to reflect a three year aging process.

• Maintain one of the lowest OSHA recordable rates (injuries), for like industries in the nation. Serve as corporate model for safety program development and implementation.

• Developed, implemented and update a Severe Weather Plan for protection/continuation/transfer and restoration of operations for hurricanes and other emergencies. One down day in 2005.
