Each spring I was responsible for setting up and prepairing the outdoor pool and lakefront swim areas for the summer season, and maintaining there appearance through weekly yard maintenance. I also supervised junior lifeguards, sold pool passes, operated a computer, and did daily accounting of all money. I was also responsible for all organizational and managerial decisions when the manager was unavailable or not available.
