Trim Systems Manager (2006 - Present)

Manage selected aspects of Final Assembly Engineering department -
one-stop shop that assembles and prepares vehicle for shipment. In
charge of trim system, interior, exterior, and glass cell and oversee
all equipment, processes, strategy, programs, new assembly plant
products, capital improvements ($300M budget), and launch of all 14
North American plants. Work closely with equipment and tooling
suppliers to standardize, debug, and deliver work cells/equipment and
ensure proper maintenance and high plant efficiency. Make certain
models comply to specs by carefully analyzing 3D computer-generated
images (digital pre-assembly process).Receive direct reports from 40+
engineers and 7 supervisors.

overseeing equipment, installation, and design; and enhancing
systems' process and strategy.

* Introduced DPA (digital pre-assembly) tied to MDS (manufacturing
