A position as a tooling / mold technician for a great company in the skilled trades department.

Qualifications
Trained and experienced in the use of lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, drill presses, and blueprints. Competent in the characteristics of metal/heat treatment.
Marino Ware: September 2005 – Present * Repair rotary dies in a toolroom setting. Operate milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, related tooling. I support the maintenance department as well as engineering. I sharpen my own drill bits and have my own tools.

Gardner Denver Blower Division: 2005 – September * Modified centrifugal blowers and vacuum systems with the use of the milling machine and lathe in a toolroom setting.
Cooper Standard Automotive: 1995 - 2005 * Troubleshoot and repaired cut off dies & molding equipment. Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders and related tools. Performed light T.I.G. welding. Made extrusion dies via EDM / CNC. Charmilles Robifil 310, Mazak VTC 16, Charmilles HD-20 (EDM- CNC machinist)

Snapper Power Equipment: 1993-1995 * Operate Mori Seiki (Fanuc controlled) and Brown & Sharp (Allen Bradley controlled) lathes in the production of outdoor power equipment.
