2004 – Contract Computer Consultant for Catholic Health Initiatives located in Centennial Colorado the primary focus was Email migration project of Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 and to move client data from 3 remote locations to the servers located in Centennial Colorado and reconfigure all client profile’s to the new domain structure and provide Email support.

2002 – Information Systems Manager at Burst Communications located in Centennial, Colorado the primary focus was to design and the implementation of a complete and reliable network by building Intel dual Zeon servers, HP servers and other network components and to implement Citrix Metaframe application and backup servers and to improve Internet communications using Frame circuit with ISDN fail over using Cisco routers; switches and PIX 506 firewalls at all remote locations. Other duties included Exchange 5.5 administration and Email support and to design build and configure the SQL database and Project 2002 servers. To document all network changes and the support the Goldmine application. I provided technical support to all internal clients and 3 remote locations.

2000 – Contract Computer Consultant at International Marble and Granite as the Internal Technologies Manager the primary focus was to implement and install a complete network. I was responsible for the design and implementation of the complete network installing HP and other network equipment to creating a failure free network environment and to provide remote access to all applications through Citrix Metaframe and to create a reliable backup server network. The installation and setup of the internet communications with T1 circuit and ISDN fail over using Cisco routers and switches and firewall installations using Cisco PIX506 at all remote locations. Other duties included Exchange 5.5 administration and Email support, Internet network security and to restructure all network data storage to improve client access and data management, the support to SQL databases and support Great Plains and Crystal report applications and to write financial reports and network documentation. Provided technical support to all internal clients and to 4 remote locations located in the United States.

1999 – Contract Computer Consultant at National Renewable Energy Laboratories as a
Applications Programmer II the primary focus of the position was to provide technical support for National Renewable Energy Laboratory customers of personal computer software and hardware and to troubleshooting operating systems, system hardware failures, printer failures and other software problems. To install and configure network infrastructure hardware and software upgrades and the installation of new workstations to the network setup client profiles and security configurations.

1997 – Field Engineer for Columbine JDS in Denver, Colorado the primary focus was to travel to television stations located through out the United States and Canada to install and configure Digital Alpha and MicroVAX file servers and the integration of the new additional network equipment to the existing network in a LAN/WAN environment.
Connect terminal servers, print servers, Cisco routers, CSU/DSU Bridging routers, and client workstations and provided training to the client in network administration.
