Conducted Information Operations to support combat efforts in the Arabian Gulf during the War on Terror and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Experienced in Time Sensitive Reporting procedures; disseminated reporting procedures that enhanced the overall mission readiness of the Command Strike Group. Performed intelligence analysis, developed intelligence reports, and provided intelligence support for Counter-terrorism, Counter-narcotics, Counter-intelligence, SIGINT, and Command and Control Operations. Maintained and operated SIGINT equipment to include, The Battle Group Passive Horizon Extension System (BGPHES), M-8000, Hostel Forces Integrated Targeting Subsystem (HITS), Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M), LMS, and IT21 (Microsoft WIN2000) stand alone terminals. This included the operation of Windows, UNIX, MARTES and Telltale software. Assisted in troubleshooting several irregular BGPHES systems errors, minimizing man-hours needed to prevent a greater loss of collection and reporting of SIGINT activity. This saved the team from a loss of more than 48 man-hours. Trained more than 10 operators in Information Operations, greatly enhancing the team’s mission readiness. Performed divisional budget and supply management. Performed duties as a SCI Networks Operator.
