Experience: EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE Captain, United States Army, SECRET clearance, 15 years in the Army Reserves (3+ yrs active duty, 1.5 yrs in Iraq) Contracts Officer, C9 (Civil Affairs), Multi-National Corps- Iraq, Baghdad, Iraq (2006) Participated in 2 source selection evaluation teams to determine technical acceptability of 9 proposals for 2 contracts with a total estimated value of $500 million. Played a key role in saving the Army over $88 million. Coordinated the Corps' Pesticide Spraying Working Group (included field grade officers and senior enlisted from various staff sections) to award a $10 million contract in 3 weeks.
