• I then was asked to join the investagations department. my duties included but not limited to assisting with the needs of passengers who can down for hearings. the department that i worked in was consumer complaints. this was where passengers who had complaints against taxi drivers would come down for a hearing. my job was to schedule hearings with the passenger and the driver.
• I would create a summons for the driver and a letter for the passenger. they would come in on said day and sit in front of an administative law judge (alj)and conduct hearing proceedings.
• I was also in charge of assisting the aljs in any decission making. and helping wiht lost and found. also providing testimony when called for.i also provided protection for passengers who feared for thier saftey.
