Objective:
Looking for work in the PC repair industry. Field or in office okay
Experience:
I am retired US Navy with technical training in Electronics. After Retirement, I attended ECPI College of Technology where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer Electronics Technology.
After graduation, I worked as a field-based computer service technician for Banctec. I worked on factory warranty service contracts for several computer manufactures including Dell and HP/Compaq. I performed repair, troubleshooting, and installations at the customer sites.
Education:
ECPI College of Technology where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer Electronics Technology
Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of digital and analog electronic troubleshooting procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of PC upgrade and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME and XP operating systems.
• Experience with wireless router installation and configuration.
• Capable of PC Installation and computer peripheral equipment and associated Software installation.
• Capable of training personnel in the use of PC equipment and associated Software.
