Experience: W.L. FRAZIER TRUCKING, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan Operations Manager, Mar. 06 to Present Recruited to develop strategic plan for operational development. Reporting directly to CEO. Challenged with increasing profitability, standardizing operating procedures, and developing plan for growth & new client generation. Responsible for managing 45 employees, giving performance reviews, implementing employee benefit packages, tracking revenue and expenses, developing bid packages for potential customers, representing the company at trade fairs and Michigan Minority Business Development Council events.
Lead acquisition of C&J Transportation of Mid-Michigan. Doubling our fleet, providing increased facility size and an in-house repair facility. This acquisition also increased our average monthly gross revenue by $175,000.

ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR, Farmington Hills, Michigan Assistant Branch Manager, Sept. 03 to Feb. 06 Directed all aspects of a 3 office, 300-unit rental fleet operation in Farmington Hills. Managed objectives, maintenance schedule, fleet size & growth, and fleet utilization. Challenged with: driving income and sales while maintaining competitive rental rates; managing customer service to guarantee high ratings. Improved customer service scores of under performing office by 20%. Lead a team of 12 employees (management trainees and operational staff). Other responsibilities include: Overseeing accounts receivables, developing and implementing plans to market potential accounts; monitoring each rental to watch for potential losses; and resolving customer service issues. Report to the Branch Manager and Area Rental Manager.
Increased sales and profits by 22.5% from November 2004 to August 2005. Boosted sales through deployment of enhanced training methods. Increased profits by controlling our operational losses, and growing our fleet size by 13.2%.
