LABEL MANAGER
• Develop strategic consumer/retail-based marketing plans to maximize profit and artist’s exposure
• Interaction with sales, finance and A&R to schedule projects
• Marketing plan development and execution for projects
• Responsibility for individual project marketing spend budgets
• Ensure necessary approvals from artist management and EMI Televisa management on all aspects of release
• International Exploitation: Distribute new release information to all countries (music, artwork, bio, video, e-card, etc.). Be in constant communication with other countries. Escort artist while on promo in other countries
• Digital Assets – support A&R with new policies
• Oversee management of internal and external process and resources on design, packaging, A&R and production related to each project
• Oversee process and resources on promo materials design and allocation to Sales, Marketing and Promotion departments
• Create Sales Page for each project
• Use negotiation skills to persuade artist and company executives to support our marketing initiatives
• Ability to manage constant change
• Direct efforts toward the effective achievement of each individual project goal
• Coordinate and oversee Bios and press releases
• Coordinate and attend video shoots and photo sessions
• Secure artists availability and coordinate all aspects of promotional activities including budgets for promotional activities
• Maintain updated artist’s calendars (tours, availability for promo activities, etc)
• Liaise between artist and Promotion, Sales and Publicity departments on a daily basis

PRODUCTION MANAGER
• Responsible for all production operations (planning, scheduling, monitoring all aspects of production)
• Direct oversight of the production process to ensure timely delivery of all projects, from inception through final delivery
• Maintain release schedule and production master calendar for all projects
• Research and develop the production budget
• Establish a network of designers (freelance)
• Prepare all production purchase requests
• Maintain open communication between Marketing, A&R, Legal departments
• Coordinate label copy process
• Input label copy info into RMS (Repertoire Management System)
• Coordinate international releases and provide all production parts to EMI-Affiliates (Mexico, Central/ South America, and Spain)
• Process international release approvals to EMI-Affiliates thru RIF/RASR system

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
• Update all release schedules
• Produce label copy and booking mastering time for all new releases
• Keep up with pre-production schedule for each new release: input sheets, orders for print material and finished product, specification sheets, cassette negs, final film, printer, purchase orders
• Coordinate international releases with all EMI-Affiliates: Mexico, South America and Spain

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
• Handle heavy phones and employee communication, both written and verbal for busy office
• Process payroll for 100 hourly employees every week
• Solve payroll problems and process adjustments
• Compose memos, letters, maintain personnel files
• Handle Workers Compensation files, forms and follow up
• Maintain all require union records
• ADP payroll processing for LADC Warehouse employees
• Redesigned department forms
