Experience: RADIATION THERAPY EXPERIENCE: CLINICAL ROTATIONS: Operated Linear Accelerators. Effectively performed patient set ups and patient simulations. Participated in Quality Assurance by effectively performing machine warm up procedures and participating in chart rounds and port film assessment. Conducted ongoing patient assessments. Effectively manipulated mold room equipment by making electron and photon blocks according to the treatment plan.

CAMPUS LABORATORIES: • Operated both the Pinnacle and Eclipse systems in the campus treatment planning and dosimetry laboratory. Participated in observational clinical dosimetry and treatment planning rotations. 9.06-4.07 • Participated in the campus treatment laboratory utilizing a Varian simulation machine. • Mastered the campus conventional simulation laboratory utilizing a Varian simulation machine with fluoroscopic and x-ray capabilities. 1.07-4.07
OBSERVATIONS: • Participated in site visits of related imaging modalities including Ultrasound, Mammography, Diagnostic Radiology, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and CT. 9.05-12.05 • Observed implementation of various special techniques including mammosite, eye plaque, vaginal cylinder, prostate seed implantation, and total body irradiation.
