· Developed and implemented a plan to increase market share over a six-year period by identifying and landing key accounts including the federal government and large retail accounts including 5 airports. Key results of this plan were:
­ Increased market share from 38% to almost 70%.
­ Increased sales $19.5 million to $39 million.
­ Improved profits by 50%.
· Recognized as one of the top operating groups in the USA for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
· Initiated numerous in-house agreements to protect market share including two with insurance partners and five with specific dealerships.
· Achieved a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 97% for fiscal year 2005 by developing and implementing specific employee training programs directed towards total customer satisfaction.
· Established government relations program that resulted in key relationships being developed with various delegates, senators, councilman and the governor of West Virginia.

Managed Rent-A-Car Division for metropolitan area of Cincinnati, OH with retail sales of $35,000,000 per year. Managed 125+ full and part time employees. Oversaw 35 locations, responsible for all real estate and sales negotiations.
· Increased market share by 75% over a 4-year assignment by implementing an extensive and aggressive marketing strategy
· Increased profit over a 4-year period from $2 million per year to $7.4 million per year through enhanced employee training and key sales negotiations with existing and new business accounts. Also increased retail sales from $18 million per year to $36 million per year.
