I have great management skills every job I ever had i was able to move up to the highest position. I have a strong back ground in Corporate catering,I did catering for 7 years and owned my own business for 2 years... 7 years in the liquor industry and 2 years in the Elevator cabs industry.... right now I work for Innovative Design Technologies an Elevator Cab Company in Brooklyn, NY and I'm the Director of operations I deal with the everyday operations of the business... I basically run operations part of the business. I'm in charge of 25 men. they are Elevator mechanics I have 5 field teams that do the elevator cab remodelings. I have 15 shop mechanics that work inside building the new elevator cabs and the remodels. I also deal with the engineering department that work on the Elevators blue print and listings to get the jobs schedule into production and also for the clients to approve the desing of their cabs before production. I oversee purchasing and do some purchasing myself, and scehedule the pick up and deliveries of materials and cabs.
In the two years I've worked there I was able to learn a lot about the Elevator business... I a quick lerner with great management skills.
