Designed and implemented automated operations for several major companies. Disaster Recovery design expertise utilizing fully automated backup/recovery techniques including Automatic Tape Libraries. AS400/MIMIX Systems Administrator: Responsible for supporting, and maintaining hardware and operating systems for all AS400 (iSeries) computers company-wide. Providing advice, training and technical support for various projects. In addition, works closely with the Technical IT team members in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development. Support and setup users in PeopleSoft J.D. Edwards World Enterprise. Maintains and administers all AS400 company-wide, also maintains formal procedures for systems security and database integrity, performance monitoring, archive and backup, initial configuration and system changes, and any related job control. Documents and conducts analyses to participate in corporate direction for AS400’s and applications.
