Typically write 100+ new programs, and modify about 25 a year. Work closely with users in the Applications Support Group to coordinate projects and resolve problems. Selected accomplishments include: * Wrote many programs that presently run daily or regularly as standard operating procedure, including a set of programs that list all potential dormant accounts and research customer (in)activity. * Received a Personal Share Success Award, 2005 an internally nominated award, for providing exceptional internal customer satisfaction. * Recognized for focused expertise in complex data retrieval, involving multiple sources, DB2/SQL tables and restructuring into IMS databases. * Volunteered to initiate and complete an APS/COBOL, DB2/SQL and IMS project for a weekend batch program that could not complete on time. The new modified process tripled the processing speed. * Awarded for writing APS/COBOL, DB2/SQL and IMS programs under tight deadlines, that targeted specific customer data and aided OFAC (a government agency) in freezing and restricting foreign accounts. * Member of Conversion Project team, awarded the Project Success Award, 2006 for contributions to a seamless conversion of 4 million on-line customers to the Sawgrass platform over nine-months. Completed ahead of schedule, with minimal to no impact to on-line customer satisfaction. Provided weekend support for nine live conversion events and several certifications.
