* Hired to determine potential return of fully integrating local software developer's existing construction industry software suite with Microsoft and Great Plains software platforms in order to qualify for prestigious Value-Added Reseller designation and enter huge international market. After carefully reviewing experiences of software developers that had integrated with Microsoft and/or Great Plains Software platforms, advised that because of limited human resources it was not in client's best interest to agree to Microsoft's requirements (sales quotas, staffing increases, capital prerequisites, programming) and instead recommended client grow proprietary software sales (in view of recent sales success in England) and direct resources at core business in order to meet growing service and support demands.
