Experience:
• Set-up procedures and perform all bookkeeping and accounting functions through financial statements with account analysis and reconciliation.
• Preparation of financial and cash flow projections.
• Responsible for all state and local tax reporting and filing including sales tax, property tax, federal excise tax, payroll tax, and multi-state income tax.
• Preparation C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership and Individual federal income tax returns.
• Oversight of federal and state tax audits for sales, excise and income taxes.
• Annual reporting compliance with the Federal Communication Commission, Arizona, Colorado and Minnesota Public Utility Commissions, and state corporation divisions.
• Obtain financing for major equipment purchases and establish banking relationships.
• Negotiate various office management contracts including payroll and human resources outsourcing, insurance policies, office equipment maintenance and janitorial services.
• Reliable, diligent, accurate, congenial and motivated employee.
