Objective: I am interested in customer services or data entry position and my data enty is 13,000 with 40 wpm typing skills.
I have refined my skills working under general supervision, in a call center environment recieving and responding to customer phone calls, emails, and faxes pertaining to transcript exchange; performing necessary research to answer customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns; using software applications to document calls made and received relating to OPA calculation inquiries and/or discrepancies.
I have enhanced my skills further in customer service for various companies and consistently worked very hard to please demanding customers. Strong analytical, oral and written communications, customer service skills have help me throughout my career. I have consistently demonstrated to my employers an exceptional facility for meeting organizational objectives and demands. I have the ability to work cooperatively with individuals and to coordinate the efforts of groups in the interest of establishing and maintaining long and short range goals and objectives, to organize and interpret technical data; to assist and advise in administration of complex programs.
I thoroughly enjoy interacting with customers, both internal and external, in order to achieve maximum satisfaction for both the client and the company.
