Objective:
To obtain a position of growth and challenge which allows me to practice in both clinical setting and management.
Experience:
PT with 22 years of clinical and progressive management experience in a variety of settings, most recently in acute hospital care with SNF and LTAC responsibilities with occasional rotations into outpatient, therapeutic pool and rehab. Prior experience in specialty program development (example multidisciplinary skin and wound program with implementation of digital photography, pulmonary rehabilitation, dysphagia development, Baclofen trials). Experience in staff management from staffing and oversight of regional nursing homes to 13-15 FTE's in clinical setting. Accustomed to capital and operating budget development, monitoring, and compliance. Successful in regulatory preparation, compliance and survey to include JCAHO, TDH, and Medicare. Redevelopment of policy and procedure, charge master, performance improvement programs. Staffing to include productivity, appraisals, competencies, scheduling, operations, hiring and orientation.

Bachelor of Science degree in Biology cum laude from Texas Woman's University in 1979
