TELOS PARTNERS, London 2003 to 2006 Freelance Retained Associate - Responsible for the successful development, design and delivery of clients’ programs in training, coaching and change management to a high standard of feedback and measurement. Clients include Microsoft, PricewaterhouseCoopers, ABN-Amro and others. Overall goal is to create a lasting plan for a sustainable transformation in performance at an organizational level or a personal level.
BE, London 2000 to 2006 Owner and Practitioner - As a start-up company, this opportunity called for a mix of experience in learning, change management and accounting to move forward. The product, the Personal Learning Guide, is a site where individuals can learn about themselves and how to apply their strengths in a number of circumstances, while mitigating their weaknesses. This knowledge of ‘what they didn’t know they didn’t know’ about themselves gives each the capacity to become more independent, more motivated and more productive. This self-coaching tool brings individuals into the corporate learning structure armed with enough information about their contribution to feel as if they are a ‘partner’ in anything that is happening around them. ‘Entrepreurialism in a Corporate Environment’ becomes the theory that marks a believed trend. Clients include Unilever, Glaxosmithkline, Microsoft, Cisco, Pizza Hut, Ford, BAT, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, and PwC, among others.

Tasked with creating ‘the people side of the transaction’, duties included training, measuring, change management, coaching and mentoring and included the coaching of the partners of the top 200 clients.
