Objective: An accomplished senior manager and investigator with proven experience in the daily managerial and financial operations of a company. Provide investigative and consultation services on security related litigation, not limited to, but including insurance defense, disability, premise and product liability, automobile accident litigation, personal injury, business and consumer litigation, EEOC, harassment and other civil complaints, corporate theft, shrinkage, and internal fraud. Over 20 years investigative and security experience encompassing both private and government sectors.
Experience: EXPERIENCE 1994 to present Noland & Associates, Marietta, Georgia. Associate Partner. Manage the daily operations of the agency; provide final approval of all communications. Serve as key decision-maker and liaison with regard to all legal concerns and major cases. Provide consulting services to HR managers in the areas of civil complaint investigations. Responsible for and coordinate complex civil and criminal investigations. Extensive experience with felony criminal matters to include both personal and white-collar crimes. Prepare all preliminary needs for expert use at deposition and/or trial to include expert testimony. Consult with business managers in the implementation of dispute resolution.
1988 to 1993 Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.), Atlanta, Georgia. Security & Complaint Assistant GS-6. Responsible for all daily administrative and technical operations of the office during off-peak hours. Provided administrative, security, and logistical support during special events and high-profile cases. Addressed complaints, inquiries, and emergency calls from the public and other legal agencies.
