• Responsible for the successful implementation of the Three Dimensional – Virtual Enterprise (3D-VE) program. Oversee this internal program which is divided into five sub-projects with a global implementation plan. 3D-VE is the basis for Unisys’ new brand strategy and service offerings. I am acting as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for this strategic alliance of multiple internal organizations.
• Worked with government, commercial and academic organizations including Naval Intelligence Command (NIC), Department of Treasury, South Carolina Child Support Enforcement System, University of Virginia Darden Graduate school of Business Administration, Mobil Oil, WinStar Telecommunications, and North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Health and Human Services (HHS), Executive Office of the President (EOP), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Defense Finance & Accounting Service (DFAS).
Affiliated Computer Services:
• Directed technical and financial teams in proposal development to launch and win the first North Carolina Distributed Computing Services Seat Management Services statewide desktop outsourcing contract. The contract was the first desktop initiative within the State of North Carolina.
• Within 3 years, grew the WinStar Facilities Management Operations, Applications & Maintenance (FM OA&M) contract from $1.2MM annually, with a 17% PTP to $7.5MM annually with a 43% PTP.
Mobil Oil Corporation:
• Managed $126MM global implementation contract to install a standard computing environment at Mobil Oil. Implemented 3600 managed seats within 15 months, under budget and 3 months ahead of schedule.

Information Technology Program Manager for RBC Centura in Rocky Mount, NC. Responsible for the implementation of IBM DotSphere to replace the existing document management system known as the Computer Assisted Retrieval (CAR) system. This solution provides Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management as the backbone for its toolset.

3D-VE Network Infrastructure – physically establish a new corporate wide network to inter-connect the Global Repository in Eagan, to the Theatre Repositories in North America, Europe and PAC/Asia then finally to the local Project sites.
3D-VE License Management – Implement the hardware infrastructure to distribute license the floating licenses necessary for the tools to work properly through out the new environment.
3D-VE Hardware Asset Management – Construct new processes to distribute assets to and from the individual projects on a global basis.
3D-VE Software Release Management –Provide a framework to release new software to the end users as the software evolves with consideration for evaluating, testing, deploying, and implementing all software upgrades.
3D-VE Service Desk –Build and staff a 3D-VE tools Service Desk where specialized scripts will be developed to answer tool related and installation questions.
