Head of Corporate Infrastructure Delivery * Interim director responsible for an upgrade of more than 160,000 PC laptops and desktops from Windows 2000 to XP. Each team was scoped and defined to meet business requirements. Order and installed equipment while recruiting leaders and staff for each organization.
