Job Description:
Recognizes levels of intoxication and prevents customers from becoming intoxicated while checking proper idenification to verify age requirements
Maintains a safe work environment at all times.
Informs customer about current bar specials and practices suggestive selling beverages, pizza and food, suggestive selling of our high quality steaks
Restocks bar supplies, such as dry goods, all glassware, all juices, sodas, and garnishes.
Helps maintain cleanliness of bar and and equipment, TV, mirrors, signs, tables, chairs, stainless steel.
Greets customers in a courteous fashion, with world-class service in mind.
Setup bar area and seating area prior to opening.
Pours and Dispenses Alcoholic Beverages to Legal age guests.
Rotates and restocks bar coolers, with inventory from walk-in cooler.
Cleans all surfaces during shift and at end of shift.
Maintains security of all bar supplies and inventory.
Maintains record of daily operations as required.
Job Requirements:

Job specifications:
*at least 3 years experience as a Bartender
*good customer service and attitude
*Basic math and computer skills
*Strong customer service and organizational skills
*Able to lift 25-50 lbs
*Superior knowlegde of bartending techniques and drink recipes
Preferences:
*flexible schelude
*4-5 years experience in hospitality industry with experience in various positions
