SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY!!
New Caribbean/Asian restaurant open in Jane & Finch, looking for well seasoned and experienced cook/chefs. Hiring for 1-2 positions Full-Time. Preparing for the anticipating busy spring season.
Must possess the following:
-knowledge of Caribbean cuisine and/or Asian cuisine ie. oxtail, curry goat, curry chicken, stew chicken, fish,noodles, stir-frys etc.
-experience in cooking Caribbean cuisines and/or Asian cuisines
-Able to understand and follow recipes
-Possess ability to multi-task and time manage
-Able to prioritize responsibilities
-Capable of working with others to serve great food and quick service
-Possess leadership skills
-Must be able to cook large quantities of food
-Work diligently in keeping workspace clean and free of clutter throughout shift as per health inspection standards
Job Requirements:
-Any certification/training in culinary arts and previous employment is an added benefit and recommended
