Position : Case Analyst

Responsibilities
Support management by processing all new business applications through to
completion
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Input routine applications and process changes to current policies
Assemble policies and determine delivery requirements for agents
Perform accounting tasks
Order supplies for office
Communicate with agents, clients and service centers

Job Requirements:

1. High School Diploma required
2. Two years of customer service or administrative service experience
3. Proficient with MS Office
4. Ability to work in a team environment as well as excel independently
5. Strong Interpersonal and customer service skills
6. Organization skills and the ability to multi-task
7. data entry of life insurance applications
8. typing 40 wpm
9. must be able to do simple math
10. speak english
11. should live on long island
