Job Description:
Account Manager will be responsible for all sales activities and revenue goals for defined territories to be assigned by Phyllis Lindy Gutterman, Regional Sales Director of MapAd.com. In the role of AM, the sales will be divided by vertical categories. Account Managers will have up to four categories to sell. (for the launch, more categories will be added quarterly) MapAD.com will supply leads and marketing support for web traffic, both vertically and for consumer traffic which will be implemented by the corporate entity. The AM will also be compensated for recruiting a team of sales representatives to optimize the penetration of the territory and categories. The AM will also manage goals for his/her team based upon territory and volume. AM’s will have an opportunity to become full time employees based on performance as soon as the company hits revenue goals, which will be communicated in advance. Compensation is commission and bonus.
