Job Description:
Project manager we are looking for must be able to LEAD a Construction Crew in their day to day tasks. He/She must be able to see and prevent any errors or issues that may arise. Project Manager must be organized, be timely, and always be prepared.
He/she should feel confident in meeting with clients to give them an estimate for the scope or work they require.
We also expect Project Mangers to be able to go out and bring in clients on their own. We will help out by emailing bid invitations, but it is upto you to go and bid and meet with the necessary people and to do any filing necessary.
Project Manager should be able to work as a team as well as individually and be flexible.
Work will require you to travel all over VA/MD/DC areas.
And if necessary, project manager will be required to do the same tasks as a tradesman. All in all we expect Project Managers to not only be able to do what other tradesman are doing when necessary but also to meet with clients and be able to give accurate estimates to the clients.
