We currently seek Occupational Therapists interested in working within skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home care. We have opportunities in multiple locations for OT, PT, PTA, COTA, SLP, and RT, and will accommodate full time, part time, and PRN schedules.

Territory Boundaries for this Home Care position are;
*North to 6300 S.
*South to 9500 S.
*West to Harlem
*East to Lake Michigan

• Current Illinois License in good standing
