Physical Therapist / PT – Home Care
Chicago, Illinois
We have an exciting full time opening for a Home Health RPT in and around Chicago, IL. We currently seek Physical Therapists interested in working within skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home care. We have opportunities in multiple locations for OT, PT, PTA, COTA, SLP, and RT, and will accommodate full time, part time, and PRN schedules.
Territory Boundaries for this Home Care position are;
*North to 6300 S.
*South to 9500 S.
*West to Harlem
*East to Lake Michigan

Requirements:
• Current Illinois License in good standing
• 1 + year experience for home care
