Speech Language Pathologist / SLP - Home Health
Chicagoland, Illinois – 10 County area
We have an exciting opening for a Home Health SLP in the greater Chicago, Illinois area. We have opportunities in multiple locations for OT, PT, PTA, COTA, SLP, and RT, and will accommodate full time, part time, and PRN schedules. CFYs welcome.
Home Health Territories include;
* Arlington Heights to Mt. Prospect * Crystal Lake * Zion to Round Lake * Barrington * Des Plaines to Niles * Winettka * Burr Ridge to Oak Brook * Downtown Chicago * Glen Ellyn to West Chicago * Aurora to Naperville

• Current Illinois License in good standing
