Job Description:
Speech Language Pathologist Roscoe, IL
We are searching for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide SLP services within a skilled nursing facility located near Roscoe, Illinois.
The building has a long-standing track record for quality care. Our clients mission is to become the premier provider of rehabilitation services in each market that they serve. One of the ways they accomplish this is by employing a dedicated staff of professionals who are committed to enhancing each residents quality of life in an ethical, sensitive, and caring manner. Joining the dynamic team as an SLP, you will implement high quality Speech-Language services for geriatrics in the skilled/long term care, nursing home setting.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and treating patients
Documenting progress toward identified objectives
Patient screenings
Attending facility meeting as needed
Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance Speech-Language Pathology services.
Requirements:
Graduate of an ASHA accredited school of speech/language pathology
Valid SLP license - Geriatric and long term care experience is a plus
