Job Description:
Our client has an immediate need for contract attorneys and JDs (bar admission not required) to work from home doing research and drafting of legal summaries and notes in select legal practice areas. The successful attorney/JD candidate will draft legal analysis within their expertise. Ability to understand legal issues and create legal analytical content for one or more of the following practice areas: 1) securities with experience in investment companies as investment advisers and in hedge funds, or 2) IP trademark and copyright who are not patent or transactional/licensing attorneys.

Job Requirements:
Required Experience:
2 to 6 years of relevant legal experience; Excellent editing, legal research, analysis and writing skills; Ability to complete assigned research and writing projects by prescribed deadlines; Must be able to work in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment; Effective communication and organizational skills, verbal & written, experience on law review is a plus; Prior law journal or legal writing experience is desirable; Law degree from accredited law school.
