Job Description:
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot & repair copier, printer, scanner, and facsimile equipment: Canon, Sharp, Kyocera Mita, and HP * Travel to various customer locations within assigned Territory * Complete necessary paperwork: mileage, time records, parts used, problems solved. and the service history report * Generate leads for the sales force
Requirements
**Previous experience on CANON office equipment REQUIRED ** High degree of electromechanical skills preferred * Verifiable strong work ethic * Reliable transportation * Driving record that meets our DWI policy * Customer service expertise * Effective communication skills * Ability to work independently * Logical troubleshooting skills * Ability to lift 75 lbs * Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience * Networking knowledge and training a plus* Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and physical
