Job Description:
Serve as a member of the Business Valuation team at MR Valuation Consulting, LLC.
Focus on the valuation of business entities and assets for financial and management-reporting purposes, federal tax reporting, property tax and transfer tax, acquisitions and divestures. Assist in the research and development of financial models for different industries and market sectors. Periodically search for new projects and assignments. Assume a leadership role in report generation and detailed financial modeling. Maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with clients.

Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members; stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client’s business; and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.

Job Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must have:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills
• PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• At least 1 to 3 years experience in Business Valuation
• An undergraduate degree in either Finance or Engineering is required; MBA, CFA or PE is a plus
