Job Description:

The candidate must have demonstrated proficiency in some of the following areas: Superior written & oral communication skills. Experience in technical management of a team of engineers. Experience in the generation and/or evaluation of basis of estimates for cost proposals. Experience in the coordination of the activities of a team of engineers, with the objective of meeting schedule deadlines and budgets. Prior supervisory experience, either in a formal role or in an "acting capacity" .

Job Requirements:
CURRENT TS/SCI clearance required

BSEE (MSEE preferred) or equivalent with 8+ years of applicable technical experience in the field of spacecraft power & analog electronics design & familiarity with spacecraft Nickel-Hydrogen & Lithium ion battery technology, spacecraft solar arrays, solar array electronics with CURRENT TS/SCI clearance required. Must possess spacecraft power & analog electronics design fundamentals derived from hands-on experience. Must possess a strong spacecraft power subsystems background with experience top-level trade studies & in the development of HW depth of discharge. Must have experience with S/C power system verification across all levels from component through spacecraft I&T to mission operations & in-orbit test. Must possess good interpersonal skills, as well as ability to communicate with engineers from various backgrounds.
