Negenit a rapid growing organization is looking for semi-retired, enthusiastic and accomplished Senior Sales Executive with experience selling Consulting services to help grow Negenit’s Management Consulting Services practice to the next level.

Job Requirements: Responsibilities:
• Identify customer prospects and develops those prospects into sold business in line with Negenit’s growth strategy • Apply Negenit sales qualification criteria and tools to evaluate opportunities • Understand the current market and anticipate future trends; conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business development opportunities • Lead and participate in account planning, developing and executing plans for client visits • Develop new, and nurture existing, relationships to capture new opportunities, anticipating their needs and undertaking actions to align Negenit capabilities with their expectations • Leverage relationships to create opportunities to showcase Negenit capabilities • Sell Negenit’s services throughout the sales cycle at a executive ‘C’ level and work with clients to effectively negotiate and secure profitable business • Demonstrate the highest personal standards of ethics and conduct and emulate behaviours articulated by Negenit’s Core Values and Code of Business Ethics • Market the full line of Negenit services in the GTA and Ontario area. • Establishment and building of account relationships with key decision makers. • Identify, engage and co-ordinate necessary Negenit resources supporting the account(s). • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales tracking data in the CRM on a regular basis • Travel to customer sites for face-to-face meetings and presentations
Your Profile: Basic Qualifications:
• Numerous years of Business Development experience specifically focused on consulting service, strategic selling • Numerous years experience in Consulting Services Sales Preferred Skills: • Accomplished in Relationship Management • Demonstrated understanding of the business development process • Ability to engage clients at all management levels, from the C suite down • Ability to use information obtained in the opportunity identification and qualification process to make recommendations and decisions concerning viable business opportunities
Professional skills • High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure • Strong facilitation and communications skills - both written and verbal; ability to develop and articulate an effective flow of ideas and information that generates understanding and creates a climate in which others are motivated • Proven record as a team player; ability to foster excellent relationships and create an atmosphere of partnership and collaboration • Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character • Previous experience in conceptualizing, identifying and planning, new consulting services for a large business entity • Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making abilities • Posses excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment • A business degree or equivalent relevant experience is mandatory
