Job Description:
Simply Self Storage is looking for both full-time and part-time Associate Property Managers that are energetic; detail oriented and has the desire to take full ownership of their properties. Our Property Managers and Associate Property Managers oversee the daily operations of storage facilities and are responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Rental of storage units/increasing occupancy
- Managing Accounts Receivables
- Merchandise sales
- Aggressive Grass Roots Marketing
- Delivering superior customer service through proper telephone and in-person contact.

Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- Must be able to provide legendary customer service and be people friendly.
- A valid and current Driver’s License is required.
- Light cleaning and maintenance work required.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Intermediate Microsoft PC skills are required.
