Responsibilities:
Drive business results and provide accurate and timely reporting of revenue and margin measures including local inventory management and purchased service requirements.
Provide administrative and operational leadership to team that results in surpassing customer expectations of service delivery based on established surveys and metrics.
This includes management of vendors to deliver service in compliance with company practices. Manage customer relationships within area of responsibility, maintaining daily communication and follow up with all key stakeholders.
Work to identify and quickly resolve customer issues, providing leadership for quarterly partnership reviews with customer. Accountable for positive leadership of direct reports to include ongoing direction, coaching and career development.
Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures. Lead and cultivate a culture of company values and integrity.
Instruct customers on necessary maintenance of in scope instrumentation to enable self-sufficiency and reduce unnecessary service calls. Complete service documentation in accordance to written procedures and specific site requirements.
Maintain spare parts needed to adequately service the account in accordance with company procedures and site-specific requirements.
Job Requirements: BSEET preferred with college level courses in Biochemistry/Biology.
· Ability to drive organizational change and process improvement 3 years experience with direct report or leadership responsibilities.
· Proven ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives and experience in matrix organization.
Field service background and knowledge of Life Sciences market and instruments.
· Understand the proper use of Digital Multimeters, pressure gauges, scales, and similar troubleshooting tools.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Working knowledge of asset management program.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills·
· Familiarity with GLP/GMP requirements and/or IQ/OQ.
