What they do: The company is an innovative recruiting/search firm with a dedicated team of recruitment consultants that guarantee their clients access to highly qualified/experienced candidates. They compliment the search techniques with a selection and evaluation process that is designed to select only those individuals who consistently outperform their peers and colleagues. By personally meeting the candidates to gain a complete understanding of their personal/technical strengths, attributes and goals enables them to accurately match technical requirements, work environments and company cultures. What you will do:
Participate in all stages of the recruiting cycle including: candidate searches, screenings and interviews, salary negotiations and candidate closing, Work with the recruitment consultant team to identify clients’ unique staffing needs and develop appropriate strategies to acquire the most qualified resources as potential hires, Identify and source qualified resources from the internal database, external job boards, job posting, professional contacts, and referrals, Research new technologies to develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical environments and the roles of their clients, Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, Sourcing new leads through networking, Developing new and existing clients,
Offer on-going solutions and provide follow-up to develop long lasting relationships, Assure customer and employee satisfaction by providing outstanding service delivery.
What is needed to succeed?
The number of years in the Recruiting or Search industry is not as important as the drive and desire you have for being successful and can prove your success. The individual the company is looking to partner with is someone that has an entrepreneurial desire and willingness to build your own book of business but have the security, strong brand name behind you to be successful.
Are you or do you have?
A highly successful, motivated, driven team player that can prove your success,experienced with strong interviewing techniques, Strong new business development skills for both candidates and clients, Proven and innovative resourcing skills, Account Management skills and most importantly Closing skills, Excellent time management skills, Prior knowledge of the insurance industry is considered an asset, Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business would be a definite asset.
