Duties include the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, responsibility for employee relations and adherence to regulatory requirements. Performs wage, salary and benefit administration duties. Responsible for organization's compliance pertaining to all personnel matters and federal regulations. A Bachelors degree is required with demonstrated strong leadership ability. SHRM Certified Professional (PHR/SPHR) preferred. -Drug and Alcohol compliance, tracking, documentation.
-FTA experience – Federal Transit Administration
-Human Resource Law: including FMLA, Cobra, Worker’s Compensation Law, etc.
