Web-Based Training Developer

Responsibilities:
• Profile and analyze network capacity and infrastructure
• Create and maintain HTML templates for rapid courseware development
• Generate custom navigation and website functionality
• Design, develop and coordinate content, multimedia and graphics of web applications
• Ensure that all web-based training development milestones are met
• Conduct reviews and perform quality assurance testing, style guidelines and visual standards
• Develop and maintain e-resources, webinars, e-learning courseware and virtual learning communities
• Produce training design and solutions for inclusion of various media formats such as storyboards, job aids, scripts, leader’s guides, training guides, reference guides and simple on-line materials

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or the equivalent
• Capability to develop and code e-learning solutions and classroom-led training materials which integrate a variety of adult learning instructional techniques
• 4+ years of experience in web design
• Skilled in document tools, web-based training development and instructional design
• Skilled in HTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator, RoboHelp, Flash, Smartview or the equivalent
