consumers and giving out free promo items? Do

If so we might have the perfect promotion for you!
We are looking for a few more brand ambassadors
for a one day event on Nov 27th (Lots of hrs) The
best part is, checks will mail 2 weeks after the
promo!! Thats right so you will have money for the
holidays! If you are interested please read all the

We also have this same event in 13 other cities
around the nation on the same day!
Lucky 415 Marketing & Promotions, a leader in the
Events & Promotions industry, is now recruiting
brand ambassadors for a promotion on the Friday
after thanksgiving, the biggest shopping day of the
year!
Program Description and Overview: Every event
requires brand ambassadors to meet specific client
requirements. As an independent contractor, you
have the opportunity to bid or apply for positions
that you feel you are eligible for in regards to the
project outline and requirements. Please review the
program objectives below and follow specific
application/bidding protocol for each project. A
current W9 form and Independent Contractor
Agreement must be on file prior to working.
Program Outline: The activation will include an in-
mall setup with computer kiosks in which
consumers can visit our event website (not live yet)
to make a nice gesture of ‘Thanks’ to someone in
their life.We will have the ‘secret spotter program’
in which consumers can win a Visa gift card if they
are spotted with the branded tote bags. A gift
wrapping station will also be present at our kiosk.
Brand Ambassadors will work with a team, handing
out premiums to consumers and assisting them
with the interactive computer kiosks. Brand
ambassadors will scale the mall in addition, helping
out with the ‘secret spotter’ program, to assist the
market manager with proper distribution of gift
cards, etc. Brand ambassadors will work at the gift
wrapping station, neatly wrapping items for
customers, per instruction given by the market
manager. Brand ambassadors will greet consumers
with holiday spirit and a smile. :)
Event Date and Shift(s): (Choose ONE only)
Friday, November 27th, 2009
Shift 1 (AM) 04:00AM-01:30PM –PROMPT
Shift 2 (PM) 01:00PM-10:00PM
(All Independent Contractors must arrive at least 15
minutes prior to their event time to avoid being late)

Brand Ambassador Requirements:
All brand ambassadors must be
Clean Cut
Outgoing & Friendly
Have a Neat appearance
Must work well with a team
Reliable, Dependable and Prompt (must have
reliable transportation to and from your shift)
Absolutely NO VISIBLE TATTOOS or PIERCINGS!!!
Staff Responsibilities: Staff will arrive at least 15
minutes prior to their shifts wearing appropriate
attire and free of facial piercings and visible tattoos.
Prior to working the event, Staff will be required to
participate in a mandatory phone training call that
will last about 10-15 minutes. (This will be
scheduled approximately 14 days before your
event). Staff will be required to turn Independent
contractor paperwork in prior to or on our deadline
(November 11th, 2009). Post event, staff will email
a completed Independent Contractor invoice to
accountinglucky415.com.
Event Payrate: Hourly Rate-$15 per hour, Brand
ambassadors that choose to work the AM-Early
shift may be eligible for an extra $20 bonus if they
show up 15 mins prior to their shift, dressed in
appropriate attire (with no piercings or tattoos) and
complete all required staff responsibilities.
