Job Description:
Our client is a 413-bed regional referral center, serving a seven-county area in North Florida. The mission of the facility is to provide a full range of quality health care services to everyone in our community.
There are over 200 physicians on staff representing virtually every medical specialty, and a support staff of more than 2,000 dedicated employees.
Our client provides a wide range of medical-surgical services, including inpatient and outpatient surgery, the only open heart surgery program within 100 miles, a widespread reputation for excellence in critical care with state-of-the-art intensive care units, gastroenterology, a sleep disorders center, a dedicated pediatric unit, obstetrics and gynecology, radiation/oncology services, and 24 hour emergency services staffed with board certified emergency physicians. The medical center has many support services including the childhood communications disorders clinic, rehabilitation facilities and respiratory therapy, to name a few.
Manager of Critical Care Unit
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or working toward earning a degree with completion within 30 months of assuming position.
Minimum Experience:
Two to three years of previous Management experience in an acute setting
Certifications:
Must have or be able to obtain a FL RN License.
BLS and ACLS Certification.
Additional certifications specific to area of responsibility.
