Job Description: Account Coordinator As the Account Coordinator, you will be working with a diverse team and interacting across various departments. You will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager in servicing accounts, communicating client requests to the Solution Operations and Development teams, as well as communicating project updates back to the Account Manager. Also, you will be required to assist with the management of client projects, address and answer client requests and train the clients on how to utilize our Intelligence more effectively. Other job duties include, but are not limited to the following: Work with the Account Manager as a liaison between the client and the various departments within the company Participate as a member of the Help Desk team in responding and aiding clients in usage of our applications Participate as a member of our team in developing and executing the strategies for managing our growth Assist in training of new and existing users on how to better utilize the applications, including hosting webinar sessions Communicate data issues and integration requests with Solution Operations team, giving the Account Manager frequent updates Coordinate the communication of product upgrade priorities between Account Management and Development, including testing the product before its released Hours: You will be required to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, rotating on call shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Job Requirements: Requirements: Previous Hospitality operations experience is a MUST Understanding of hospitality POS systems Proficient in all MS Office Applications Knowledgeable of the restaurant industry, including vernacular specific to the industry Excellent time management skills along with the ability to shift between multiple ongoing projects Strong problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines established by the clients Preferred Qualifications: Experience with any Restaurant Point of Sale/Restaurant Data Management systems Restaurant experience or project management experience is preferred Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K, future growth opportunities and the challenge of building an industry leader!
