Job Description:
Recruiting for a Systems Engineer IV with RF experience related to Radar/Electronic Warfare. Experience may be related to either aircraft or ground based systems. This position requires the ability to quickly rise to a leadership role directing the effort of team engineers assigned to the systems engineer's programs. As practitioner of systems engineering for the Test & E/W Systems business unit, will supervise and/or perform systems engineering activities at the subsystem and system level of design on proposals and projects. Systems engineering activities will include: develop system project plans, performing as a cost account manager for systems engineering work packages on small and medium size efforts, leading the preparation of project requirements analysis and systems design documentation reports, and planning and participation in hardware/software integration and test. Test support may include factory and flight line locations.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills:
Must have RF experience related to Radar/Electronic Warfare. Demonstrated skills include: effective written and oral communications, work in groups, conduct functional analysis, developing system design descriptions, define concept of operations, develop systems design solutions, define system and subsystem architectures, create and maintain interface specifications, develop performance specifications, write subcontractor statements of work and develop junior staff. Has some proficiency using MS Office, Visio, DOORS and MS project or equivalent.
Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited school in Engineering, Physics or degree related discipline. Familiar with technologies, integration and test of complex systems. Experienced with systems engineering principles and tools for defining and controlling complex developments.
