Job Description: Title: Customer Engagement Representative Location: Denver, CO Type: Full Time Compensation: $40-55,000 DOE PLUS Excellent Benefits. Role/Purpose Oversees a dynamic, growing database and manages the information in various ways on a day-to-day basis. Maintain regular communication with company territory representatives, partner managers and reseller partners in support of sales efforts to end user customers. Engages customers on a daily basis and ensures that only the highest levels of quality and professionalism are communicated. Provides efficient and timely responses to inquiries and coordinates the solutions through the proper channels. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Compares and reviews registrations within a database. Performs an extensive analysis on data and applies rules to each record. Updates the information and coordinates inputs with team members. Daily contact with end user prospects, customers and resellers using various forms of communication. The successful candidate would need to work within a structured team and maintain high levels accuracy and performance. The successful candidate should be highly proficient in the following: Must have excellent attention to detail Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) Must be able to work effectively within a team environment Must have professional phone skills Must have professional written communications skills Must be adaptable to change Must have the ability to multitask Assist partners and internal employees with any questions related to the program Organization This position is part of a customer engagement program within the Americas Channel Sales organization. This is a sales support role that requires strong customer facing skills and capabilities. Individual must be highly motivated and very organized. Candidate will work closely with company partners, field sales teams and customers throughout North America.
