* Quality Leads – We have favorable relationships with several National Lead Vendors and receive Internet leads directly from our call center. These leads are delivered to our MLO’s in real time, in our Raleigh, Statesville and Rock Hill branch offices.
* Direct Mail and Proven Marketing Systems – We also drop thousands of targeted direct mailers to existing home owners to generate business for our MLO’s throughout the Carolina’s and other states—all company paid.
* In House Processing – We have centralized processors who handle all files and clear conditions so you can do what you do best—originate. We anticipate adding in-house underwriting in 2010.
* Mortgage Banker – We fund our own loans as a Correspondent Lender and offer competitive pricing. As a Correspondent Lender, your YSP is not disclosed on the HUD statement or GFE.
* Loan Programs – FHA, VA, and USDA financing options allow you to cast a wide net with your origination strategies. Program training and mentoring is routinely available.
