Job Description:
Engineer

Manufacturer of water treatment equipment requires a career minded multi-dimensional engineer at its Corona, CA facility:
A. Manufacturing Engineering
a. Works with Plant Manager to plan, direct, coordinate, and improve manufacturing processes in manufacturing facility and fabrication shop.
b. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufactured products and manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
c. Develops design standards and enhances existing product design. Provides AutoCAD drawings of systems and components.
d. Works with purchasing to procure equipment, materials, and components.
B. Product Design
a. Refine product design to minimize production costs.
b. Complete performance testing to support product design.
c. Provide data for ASME stamped vessels.
d. Research available components to assure best operation at lowest cost.
e. New product design.
C. Field Service
a. Provide on and offsite startup assistance when required
b. Provide troubleshooting and resolution of field operating problems

Individual skills / attributes include:
A. BS ME degree.
B. AutoCAD proficient.
C. At least 5 years of related engineering experience, preferably in fluid processing.
D. Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
E. Team player.
F. Overnite travel.
